Deb DiBernardo

Deb has worked professionally as a hair designer and wedding stylist for over 25 years. She launched a successful career in San Diego, CA where she attended Toni & Guy Academy and studied the art of style inspiration at Vidal Sassoon Academy in Los Angeles, CA.

Deb’s passion and creativity created opportunities for her to work in professional salons while providing many extraordinary experiences to travel as a freelance stylist doing shows and weddings throughout the west coast for ten years.

Upon relocating to West Hartford, CT, Deb opened her own salon called “Sugar” where she spent seven years behind the chair as the owner and lead stylist. After moving to New Hampshire, she opened her second salon, Exodus. Her excitement for the industry has kept her on top of the most current education and techniques.

Salon Exodus is a one woman show. Deb provides a unique salon experience where you are the center of her attention and there are no distractions. Each appointment is a individualized one-on-one experience. She enjoys building personal relationships with clients and working with them to create their image. Being the only professional stylist with no other employees, provides an environment that all about you, your hair, and the moment with no distractions.

Although Deb loves working in the salon behind the chair, she still has a strong passion for traveling to work for weddings and freelance opportunities. Deb specializes in fashion-forward looks and contemporary ideas, while still catering to the needs of each specific client. Deb’s professional training combined with her individualized and unique approach to private-customized-service provides today’s client with iconic looks for incredible moments.
